Any buyers who default on payment and collection of purchased items by the end of the payment period will be barred from all further i-bidder and in house auctions.įirst Time Customers – Unfortunately due to fraud prevention we cannot accept credit or debit card payments by phone for first time buyers. If that payment is not received within 24 hours of the auction closing a £20 administration fee will be added to the invoice and from then on for every further 24 hours that payment is not received. Successful bidders have 24 hours from receipt of invoice to make payment in full.

Unless otherwise stated, all goods shall be deemed to be second hand, customer returns, failed delivery, overstocks or end of line. Timed Auctions can be viewed during our standard opening hours for the durations of the auction. Unless otherwise stated viewing is available 1 hour prior to the auction starting and between 1pm and 4.30pm on the day prior. We encourage all buyers to view Lots prior to bidding. The buyer is responsible for the items at the fall of the hammer and should insure from this time. Any goods purchased do not carry any warranty or guarantee, goods are sold as seen and the Sales of Goods Act 1979 nor the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to this sale.
